Sampler PrZh-02 for gas solutions in liquids

ПРЖ-02APPLICATION
The PrZh-02 is designed for sampling of gas solution from process pressury pipelines. These devices can be used to sample water solutions of gases as ClO2; SO2 and others. The welded branch pipe of sampler is made of titanium or stainless steel.
If sampling gas solutions using conventional ball valves, the sample is usually not reliable, because when the valve is opened, gas is rapidly released from solution into the atmosphere. This leads to the fact that the  gas content  in the sample is significantly different from the concentration of gas in the flow in the pipe. In addition, the sampling of aggressive liquids, especially from pipelines under pressure, is often associated with a risk to personnel. With PrZh-02 sampling is safe, as the laboratory jar is in the sampler during filling, that is, the laboratory technician does not hold it in his hand. In addition, when filling jars, the pressure in the solution is equal to atmospheric pressure wich excluds  possibility of splashing.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The PrZh-02 are permanently installed on pipelines. Sampling includes 2 stages:                                                          1. The liquid fills the inner cavity of the sampler, the pressure gradually decreases to atmospheric.
2. The liquid fills the lab jar fixed in the sampler.
Samplers are made of corrosion-resistant materials (titanium, PTFE), which allows them to be used for almost all typs of liquid.
